PHOENIX

Phoenix is a 58’ Cruiser Stern Narrowboat built in 2006 by Grant & Livingston Boat Builders. A Beta Marine 43HP Diesel engine provides the propulsion with a built-in sound enclosure. She also benefits from a Cramm Twin Prop 70 KGF bow thruster. 

Grant & Livingston have reinvented the narrowboat with a professional cruiser interior fit out by Struik & Hamerslag, renowned for delivering exceptional and bespoke interiors that cater for their clients’ unique needs and preferences. Called Phoenix, this striking design breaks with tradition while still being perfectly suited to the narrow canals of England.

The interior offers 4 berths and is finished with marine-grade hardwood oak, white panelled ceiling with soft off-white cabin sides, and engineered oak flooring throughout. 

The galley has granite work surfaces, a sink, spacious cupboards for storage, a 12V Fridge with freezer compartment, and a gas oven, 4-burner hob & grill.

Onwards into the saloon with a U-shaped sofa seating arrangement that can be made into a large pull-out double bed. There is a 5 kW Webasto Thermo Top C central heating system throughout. Fitted along the cabin, there is ample storage and a TV point.

Next is a shower room fitted with a vanity sink and unit. The toilet is a pump-out WC, and it features a large stand-up shower.

Finally, onto the main bedroom with a large wardrobe at the front of the pull-out double bed with cupboards and storage beneath.

Phoenix has been cared for by her current owner and is best described as a high specification liveaboard opportunity. There is a survey history from 2024 and re-blacked as of September 2024.
